"I said, get in there!"
A girl's voice boomed as she shoved two younger girls into a dark, cramped cell, before slamming the door shut, running her eyes up and down the two newly-captured prisoners. "Now see, that wouldn't have happened if you just gave up your Pokemon without a fight. But since you just HAD to, now you get the pleasure of waitin' here for our boss to get back." As the girl turned to walk away, one of the girls yelled.
"W-Wait! Just give us back our Pokemon! Please! Why are you doing this...?" The petite blonde looked like she was about to cry.
"Why...?" The taller girl spoke. "Well, because we're TEAM SKULL, that's why! Ain't gotta explain anything to you two!" The Team Skull grunt spun on her heel, and laughed as she walked out of the room.
"Lillie, it's okay. Really. Any time we've been in trouble, we've gotten out of it unscathed, right? What makes this time different?" The other girl tried calming Lillie, and it seemed to work. For a bit, at least.
"Moon, I appreciate the effort, but all those other times? We've had our Pokemon to help us...without them, face it. We're powerless..." Lillie sat up against the wall, hugged her knees together, and started quietly sobbing into her arms. "I-I'm sorry, M-Moon...if I h-had more control of Nebby...t-this would have never happened...please forgive m-me..."
"Of course I'll forgive you. We're friends. But really, this is nothing to be upset about. We'll get out of this. I know we will..." As she spoke, Moon herself couldn't even be sure of what she was saying. Lillie had a point. They were never without their Pokemon. It pained her how utterly helpless they were now. She looked around to cell to find a way out, but nothing stuck out to her. There was a bed and a single toilet. And neither of them looked pleasant. "Lillie...you should get some rest. You can use the bed, okay?"
Lillie sniffled and looked up at Moon. "T-Thank you...but I'm not sure I can even sleep right now..."
