I love this fucker. He's one of my favorite designs in Pokémon, but because of Hidden Hessonite, Smogonbird and 90% of OU, UU, and basically all other tiers, he's shit. He's even outclassed as a Hazard Setter and Rapid Spinner by Cryogonal and friends.
He either needs a buff (some decent upgrades to the straight 80 across the board), or a Mega. Overcoat or something similar would be nice for a Mega ability.
So, the purpose of the thread? To make your bro/sis more viable. This isn't JUST for shitmons or NU mons. If your RU-buddy or the like needs a decent buff to make 'em less mediocre, or even UU material, then go ahead. Just don't go Huge Power all over the place.
