I really want a pokemon that has a niche in being able to spam incredibly powerful hyper beams. After a special download, basically nothing takes 2 beams except for ghosts, which could be hit on the switch with shadow ball/dark pulse. You also have the option of solarbeam, though it wouldn't really be of much use considering how disgustingly powerful hyper beam is.
No defensive boosts because that completely goes against the idea of P-Z, plus the beefed up attack could actually be really useful to spam Giga Impacts, especially if you got an attack download.
90 speed and recoil keep it from being able to sweep most of the time without agility/tailwind, which would be hard to pull off without a decent amount of team support, and lets a lot of common things scare it out or revenge kill it.
