Your father throws a weird device at Ligard (or Howla depending on version) and Ligard now unwillingly battles are your fathers side. You use Howla and Howla only in this battle to fight a powerful version of Ligard. You defeat your father and he falls in defeat. He retreats, and Ligard is released from control. Ligard jumps away and retreats to recover, and Howla will now test your strength to see if you're worthy of capturing him. You battle Howla with your full team and then catch him. The next day you hear news that Team Tripsy disbands and you continue on to your final challenge, the Elite 4. The Elite 4 this time around is in a soccer stadium (that is why you saw a boy in a soccer outfit walking into a stadium in the first trailer) and you become the champion (obviously). This part I summed up. The game releases 11/15/19.
