which even though its only a few seconds long means that unless a mod really cares (they stopped caring in 2016 at the latest) it probably won't be caught for hours even if it is reported because that would involve opening up the image which is too much work for the mods to do.
this is actually a pretty good way to post NSFW on blue boards, the image will often stay up for a really long time. it seems to not work as well for webms but .gifs seem to make moderators blind
