As a realist, I don't think they were too bad, there was a steady improvement in ratings over the last two weeks, but this -was- a filler episode.
Prior numbers:
>July 16th - Pokémon the Series: XYZ22: 726,000 (0.24)>July 23rd - Pokémon the Series: XYZ23: 842,000 (0.31)Currently listed titles, the last one is new and was released with the updated schedule.
>Sat August 6th - 7:00 AM (EST) - 1925 - Championing a Research Battle!>Sat August 13th - 7:00 AM (EST) - 1926 - A Full-Strength Battle Surprise!>Sat August 20th - 7:00 AM (EST) - 1927 - All Hail the Ice Battlefield!>Sat August 27th - 7:00 AM (EST) - 1928 - Seeing the Forest for the Trees!>Sat September 3rd - 7:00 AM (EST) - 1929 - A Real Icebreaker! We are approaching the fall/winter season, which means that CN will at some point premiere this year's movie as they always do, this usually falls somewhere in-between the months of October-December and before the Japanese home video release. Genesect dropped in October, Diancie in November, and Hoopa in December in the US with Canada/New Zealand airing it in November.
As an interesting aside, there has been no official English dub announcement for the Volcanion movie yet, not even an English title is available. For comparison, there were titles and dub trailers uploaded for Diancie/Hoopa as early as April of their respective years. We're in August, so I'm assuming they want the premiere to coincide with Sun/Moon's release due to Magearna's involvement, and will use the trailer to build hype for that.
Unrelated, but I like that One Punch Man is doing very well. Good for them.
