>>48534056>What are your thoughts on Pokemon Sword & Shield?The main story is by far the worst in any Pokemon game and the region map itself is very lackluster and you can tell that it was rushed. Somehow they've made the games even more handholdy. The games are however, excellent for people who like to play against others online in VGC or 3 vs 3, the new battle modes added via DLC (restricted sparring, Dynamax Adventures are a good bit of fun as well).
>PLAIt seems like a good direction they're headed in and I like the new regional forms, especially Basculegion but at this point they've lost so much goodwill from me that I refuse to give them the benefit of the doubt or look forward to anything they make for the forseeable future.
