Whoever made the survey literally fucked that over and forced everybody into "it just gets bigger" because all of the people voting weren't here for the original discussion and creation. It'd be like if someone took these two Thorndle's and put them in a survey full of people who didn't know as a pair. They're just two different versions of the same Pokemon.
