Can I request someone help design a Pokemon for my region?

They're gremlins that use scrap parts from airplanes to fly around. Tricksters and thieves, they'll sometimes latch onto an airplane mid-flight and start salvaging.
They have a bit of a pilot look to them, like these but more gremlin-y.
