>>55516371Stats are too evenly spread out. It doesn't do anything exceptionally well. Switching into it isn't that scary since 115 Attack/105 Special Attack is pretty low for an Electric type. Electrics have really low power attacking options because Game Freak made Volt Tackle 120 base power and no one can outclass Pikachu. Wild Charge is 90 bp and so is Thunderbolt, so 115/105 just won't cut it.
