I only have a few little ideas.
For 1F, I might suggest removing the door of the showers that faces the front door, for the sake of extra privacy.
For 2F, maybe we can turn the question mark rooms into a lounge (or common room) and mail room? I don't think those have appeared in any stories, but they might be useful rooms to have in our building, assuming everyone else is okay with that.
For 3F, I'm wondering if that empty floor space northwest of the stairs is too big. I'm not sure what we could put there, though. We may be able to squeeze in an extra room, but maybe that would make things too cramped.
For the basement, should we set aside part of the main room, near the ramp, as a sort of garage and repair shop for our cart(s)?
