Can some men love more than some women? Sure, some women are mean and cruel and dont feel much love. But the maximum amount of love a woman can feel is MUCH higher than the maximum amount of love men can feel.
Your biology hampers all of your feelings for a reason. You needed to be hunter gatherers/problem solvers. Being too emotional would make that too difficicult. Women on the other hand evolved to take care of children, their home, and other people.
