I found Generation Seven’s lack of berry farming disappointing after generation six made me love it. Specifically, by X and Y centralizing the farming in the early game, I was able to start a berry farm and see it grow and change as I played each day. That was huge. Other games forced you to go back to find small berry patches each day which sucked.
