>>28585799You clearly weren't there when the footage of Best Wishes first came out. The reaction was very similar. Images like this were made to show "how silly he looks now". But when more footage came out it became clear it was a small change and it was actually an improvement.
Looking at the official art and the better screenshots included in that scan the art style may be different but Ash's design is still the same. Once more footage comes out people will calm down about this change too.
