>>30795387Dude Digimon had way more than 6 and almost double that when season 2 came around. I am pretty sure pokemon can do it too with some math tricks. For instance digimon focused on pairs (Matt/Tai, Kari/TK, TK/Matt, etc). Pokemon can do the same with Ash getting to know everybody personally, then everybody getting along with everybody else.
