At first I thought Inteleon was pretty lackluster, but testing it next to Kyogre it's actually busted. Shoots off super high single target damage for free most of the time, and even if you don't get the gauge refresh you either instantly have gauge back from rain or just use the trainer move.
Easily one of the best strikers in the game.
