Britain has quite tight gun laws and has a very low murder rate compared to countries like America, Brazil and Columbia where guns and ammo are freely available and just handed out on street corners in exchange for a packet of Opal Fruits or something.
In the USA you get shot for walking down the wrong street or because of the way you look.
Now imagine what would happen if you gave people like that access to IRL pokemon.
