His ace could have given me trouble, because it hit pretty hard, but he wasted all his hyper potions on spearow, so it didn't live long enough to be a problem.

But I can't complain about my luck with items in this run. Found a lucky egg in Pinwheel forest, and the TM's for Flamethrower, Psychic, Heat Wave, Hurricane, Dragon Breath and Nasty Plot. Lenora gave me a Moon Stone so I replaced my Azumarill for my Nidorina, who's now a Nidoqueen packing Nasty Plot, Flamethrower, Dragon Breath and Double Kick. My team has a big ice weakness, though, but thankfully Lanturn is kinda phat.
Also, Gothorita survived an Explosion from a Regice at +1 Attack (curse), and she wasn't even at full HP. she t h i c c
