There were other adults too: 4 -including me- in their early 20's, an older man I didn't get to play, and a mom who basically schooled me pretty hard. Of course, there were younger teenagers and kids who played in their separate divisions. I had a good time, and I didn't feel embarrassed knowing that there were people and families there of all ages playing the tcg.
