I just beat the elite four in Moon and Bewear was my last standing pokemon at the end of it (i was underleveled) so it earned a spot in my top favourites.
Plus who wouldn't love a giant teddybear that can protect you from almost anything? If we go off the anime, it probably has a momma bear personality as well. It's adorable.
