Evasion is nice and all (speaking from a purely non-competitive angle..), but the frog-seeking Hurricane is slowly gaining speed, speed that Frogadier can't keep up with, he's going to have to either take the hit or talk more shit sooner or later.
A) Froge can take a hit m8, just counter afterward with something big.
B) Use Protect!
C) Use Dig!
