>>48198614The point of Flapple is that he's a worm in an apple. In order to use anything effectively takes strength. Nothing in his Pokedex suggests that he is "meant to be weak". I think that if you like the weak connotation then that's fine, but it's not exactly canon.
Generally I agree re: Appletun, I'd have rather had Flapple evolve into a bigger creature along the same line. Maybe have an apple tree growing out of him as per the urban legend. We'd both get our wishes then, as Flapple can be left weak and the evo can be meatier.
