Rock typing lets it pretty much ignore SR and do alright in sand, but considering that it has a limited BST, and considering that it looks pretty bulky, I imagine it will have high attack and middling speed, as everyone expected. It'll be like a bulkier Rampardos or a faster Rhydon, but with lower attack than either.
Most of its weaknesses are primarily physical, so I don't think the sand bonus will do it much good. It's just another switch-in-against-wall Rock Polish/DDance sweeper. Dragon type will set it apart a little from the likes of Onix, but Rock/Fight is better coverage and Terrakion already does that.
