>>55703653>by standing upWhile I usually hate bipedal evolutions. I actually like it in the Pawmi line. They actually made it thematically appropriate for once and leaned into it.
Pawmi, the first stage. Can't walk on two legs and very noticeably relies on its two limbs to support itself. And when it is animated to stand up, it quickly falls down and fails to support itself.
Pawmo. The second stage. It can now successfully stand on two legs. But the pokemon is rather unstable. Wobbles when it walks. And this unsteadiness is reflected in its animations at large.
Then finally. The last stage. Pawmot. It is now finally properly bipedal. And can with great dexterity reliably move upright on two legs without being unsteady.
Made even better by how Pawmo's evolution condition is downright to walk/run a bunch.
Pawmi isn't just some random quadruped that evolves to stand up like a person for no good reason.
