Jesus, this was a bad split. Aaron actually went pretty okay all things considered, with Akihiko overleveling mid battle and the only real casualty being just an unlucky crit. But I realized that without really stupid cheese (which I could do, I just didn't want to) there was no easy way to tackle Fantina and her dreaded Ghost/Fairy Mismagius. At least it didn't Calm Mind spam, and she didn't end up burning half my physically oriented team that I didn't have Rawst Berry for, but at the end of it I had to basically decide who I felt had more worth going forward and who had to die. I do try to minimize deaths for these and it is a bit of a shame I'm so sloppy this playthrough. Haven't done it in a while I guess
