So pokemon who were created just to look funny.
With over the top details that may look cool but are usually forcing unnatural look.
I am not speaking about pokemon Like farfech'd or Swirlix that are based on a silly concept(walking dish/coton candy pup), but still look belivable.
There are few Jokemons that look funny but still look very natural and interesting. Like Alolan Rattata line or Alolan Exeguttor.
Almost all Gigantamaxes have problem of being Jokemons.
