It isn't really something Karen provides in terms of appeal, so it's hard to say pics like this are really being "stolen" from her just because of similar outfit. It's kind of like saying a lot of Hex Maniac's art could've been Shauntal, but I think most people who choose to draw Hex Maniac are doing it for reasons that Shauntal doesn't typically lend to as much. (Ghost focus is usually paired with deranged or lonely NEET type shit, or it's just more about the whole milk thing in the first place.)
