Not OP. I tried to fix Garchomp, I don't really like the Pokémon but the shiny is just stupid, so here's how it could be fixed.
I made the "Variant" because I wanted to see if it looked good with the red and yellow being radically changed instead of slightly lighter colors, but I have mixed feelings about it.
