Ability references how Omastar's shell grew so massive it couldn't move properly, also reflected in its speed stat. Added more attack since its dex entries also reference it having a strong beak and dumping anymore points into its defenses felt like too much bulk. Recover is already learned by several other tentacle-mons so it felt fitting here. Bulk lets it run Shell Smash with less chance of getting OHKO'd, but its speed means you have to use it multiple times to really outspeed anything. Recover now lets it function as a tank as well. Still has to worry about Giga Drain and the likes.
