>>22850737In my experience, those aren't very good stallers because it's reasonably easy to set up against them if they can't attack well.
I play a mixed stall and offense team, and if you spend too much time stalling in a good spot, it stops being a good spot and you lose.
I usually pair Whimsicott with Mawile (I'm
>>22850718) because Whimsicott is the fastest Taunter and can play a pretty good stall game, but I use it more for utility than for wasting time. (Prankster something and then switch.)
But when I know I'm going to lose it, I use Tailwind before it gets KOed, and then switch in a Speed-invested Mawile which can KO most of the game in one hit and can outspeed most threats. (And is pretty Bulky to boot and sports Intimidate just in case.)
