I theorycrafted a similar Aero EX deck back when it revealed (before we knew about Celebi and before we knew about new Eggs). I played this list a few games, and I felt like Aero did nothing and that it was just another Exeggutor deck, so I switched Aero for Mew. I don't think it's t1 or even t2, but is solidly t3, which is good enough for the queue that we all play in. You have Exeggutor EX for going first and for being the godegg, you have Psychic Eggs for Celebi and whatever else. You have Mew for the counter.
Tbh, I don't think this Aero list or my Mew list is the correct list. I still think Exeggutor is a top tier card that doesn't really have the correct home still. I thought it would be Aero EX or Mew EX but I don't really think it is. It works, but any deck can work. It doesn't have the feel of a meta "brew" deck the same way Gyarados does. I've seen Eggs in Celebi decks, but at that point it's a Celebi/Serperior deck, not an Eggs deck.
