I have unironic crippling social anxiety and have no idea how battling works since gen 2. I think I would like to battle but the battles I've seen online they all have level 50 Pokemon for some reason and I'm confused if I shouldn't level some of my pokes up to 51 (since maybe I can't use them anymore) or if I should bother training up something since maybe they all just become lvl 50 once the battle starts.
So really I just shiny hunt and breed "perfect" Pokemon and never get to use them outside of single player. That and having fun with character dressups
