Arma/Cerule need a special ancient set of armor that only 1 guy in all of Paldea seems to have. The common Charcadet will not find such a rare evolution item in the wild. As for Gholdengo, those only evolve with 999 coins and the wild Gimmighoul only has 777 coins at most. Another rare evolution that the average wild Gimmighoul will never evolve into.
