I think a lot of Amourfags were born from seeing ash being cool and competent in XY and wanting him to be happy with a girl who actually liked him. At the same time this spawned a lot fags,especially spics, who began to self insert as ash. Those fags are still around despite the changes from XY to SM because they spend their lives self inserting as ash especially since he looks even more like a spic this season. Thanks to them the autistic Aurelia fags we see today don't really want Lillie as a waifu for ash but they want to self insert as ash and feel as though Lillie loves them.
