Point still stands that outsourcing the remakes shifts public perception to believe that they're making the kind of game they've been experimenting with making between LGPE and SWSH. It shows progression, even if that progression can't ever quite meet the massive expectations the fanbase always seems to have.
You can be sure people are going to use that same line of logic I just took. So yes, I do think they're listening.
Me, I just want lore. I found Galar's lore/story just a bit lacking compared to the usual.
