Umm, well Darmanitan kinda fucks up both of them but if I can have Lilligant Sleep Powder it and set up then I'll be pretty good to sweep. Actually, nothing in his team can prevent Sleep Powder from happening unless they kill Lilligant first so that's a plus, unless that fighting pokemon is a Breloom or Chesnaught.
Porygon Z doesn't get 4x walled by Scizor at least (Butterfree has no defenses, a set up Lilligant can take it) and can probably Thunderbolt it and the Butterfree easily enough. I could also leave the dragon type to it.
I guess if they're both low level, i'd be relying on the Quiver Dance Lilligant just learned (Being level 28) and Giga Drain/Sleep Powder to stay alive. If he's dumb, this'll work.
