Upgrades the move Circle Throw, so that the last target hit by Circle Throw cannot be switched in unless they are the last available Pokemon. Circle Throw will also continue to damage the target as well as the current Pokemon on the field for 1/16th of their health at the beginning of each turn as long as M-Poliwrath is active.
