RestTalk makes it so that you can shrug off status from things like Jellicent, Sableye, Chansey, etc and Dragon Tail them out without having to worry about having a useless Pokémon for the rest of the match should they get a Toxic/WoW off on you beforehand. Dragon Tail is a given since it racks up hazard damage (Stealth Rock support makes this set 10 times better) and phazes out dangerous shit like SD Talonflame, QD Volcarona, DD Dragonite, SD Scizor, I could go on. The last move can be one of two things. Thunder Wave is, in my personal opinion, what makes Gyarados the best ParaShuffler. Only because no Ground type is going to want to switch into Gyarados since they're scared off by the mere notion of Waterfall, which allows you to spam Thunder Wave and cripple dangerous sweepers. Though, Waterfall is still good if you have another paralysis spreader.
