Toast would marginally be in last, but even then it can outspeed a lot of mons, will o wisp or put out insane damage that can OHKO against even neutral match ups: still a gigantic help. Its fourth moveslot is kind of dead too, I would appreciate some help on figuring out what to replace work up with.
