Smogon says that Beat Up uses each participating team members attack stat in the calculation of damage for their contribution to the attack, meaning it's pretty shit.
Bulbapedia says that it is based solely off the user's attack stat in Gen V.
Which is it? Because if it's based on the user's attack stat, that would make Beat Up a pretty much god tier Dark-Physical attack if it's base power is [(ATT/10) + 5] x 6
A near-perfect Weavile using it would have 192 base power with it, and then 288 power with STAB. Is this accurate?
