1. The game will be exclusive to that market; it won't be released in Japan or internationally.
2. New Pokémon can't be created without TPC's authorization.
3. The story can't interfere with GF canon or use its human characters, so it should be treated as an alternate universe.
Aside from all the existing rules for the franchise, such as avoiding certain themes, being graphically explicit, and staying in the right tone for all audiences.
*And by doing, I mean lending the license rights to a Chinese company to make the game and TPC taking a hefty commission from sales of the game and derived merchandise. It's basically making money without doing anything.
