The real problem with Dug in Gen 3 is that he completely cripples any UUBL/UU guest celebrity cameos. All of the mons weak to rock or ground are already going to eat utter shit by the sheer amount of rock types and EQ users in OU, but then they also have to worry about a Pokemon that just invalidates their existence simply by switching in. Encore Focus Punch Raichu is fun as hell if you can successfully pull it off, and Arcanine is a fun mixed attacker, but both just eat shit to Dugtrio.
