This is the deck I'm running right now, Ex eggs gets active with only 1 energy for a potential 80 and can tank a lot of hits that celebi will die to, and can work as an easy back up plan when celebi dies to either swing back with one energy or tank more hits while you load up a second celebi. Serperior is weak but it's ability is invaluable for celebi so you pretty much never want to attack with it and keep it on the bench to maximize celebi coinflips.
