Chinese: Republic of China, Hong Kong and Macau), Peoples Rep. of China (Simp. Chinese) and Korea are all printed within and made within japan so it would have the same quality as japanese

Just the only difference from Japanese is the language and with that i think its anti counterfeiting security features added on Simplified Chinese cards (ill send a pic of the anti counterfeiting features later if you anons are interested).
