Jackshit, it has a cave with dittos, some tentacruels and that's it, unova has the best EV training spots, the most trainers to rematch and the ones wiht the biggest payouts as well, so so so many berry soil spots, move tutors that don't exist in other regions, you get the daycare right away and the exp share super early as well.
The only thing you won't have in Unova are Mewtwo, Rayquaza and the move tutors at the end of Kanto
