How come the OU and UU councils are always afraid of letting metas develop in favour of offensive teams but rarely do anything about the dominance of stall/bulky cores?
I mean UU used to be infamous for being dominated by bulky water types, but God forbid they let wallbreakers be top dogs for once.
Meanwhile, OU mods ignore any complaint about stall overunning the ladder while pure offensive teams are barely viable.
Because stall is a playstyle worth preserving but hyper offense is not apparently.
