>>33827091It's pretty easy. I'd say to start with a simple deck that doesn't utilize Fusion/Synchro/Xyz/Links. Just familiarize with the basic game, then expand onto the advanced stuff when you're ready. There are tons of free online simulators for the game; YGOPro Percy is great, stays updated on the latest (non-Link) cards, and also lets you duel against AIs to help you test your decks.
When I got back into the game, I found that the community was pretty helpful. One-on-one tutoring is a great way to learn, but trying out the game on your own and asking questions also works.
