My trainer gave me a moon ball and I really like it, it looks pretty. He feeds me my favorite beans and even things called poke puffs that he made himself (they're from a region called Kalos apparently), he pets and bathes me regularly, lets me play with the neighbor's Rockruff and even lets me sleep next to him in bed but only on top of the sheets (under the sheets it's warmer but last time I hid there he scolded me). It's really nice but he rarely ever uses me in battle. I want to fight too. I want to show him that I can be strong. I feel like I haven't earned any of this.
What should I do to make him use me in battle more?
