The park mode would basically be the freeform mode, where you can make your zoo and decorate the exhibits and the park however you like. Meanwhile, the Tycoon mode is the campaign mode where you start off with weaker, more common pokemon and need to aquire notoriety by creating the most profitable zoo possible. All the while, you would need to contend with illness, escapees, wild pokemon attacks, thieves, and other assorted mischief.
