>>45493091I would say ORAS was the turning point, Back when XY first came out it had alot amazing features and being the first main series game in 3D I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt on Gamefreak since it was a huge turning point for the series. Besides usually the first games on new hardware are usually pretty rough around the edges. Case and point, Sapphire/Ruby and Diamind/Pearl. But instead of building upon what XY laid out they keep cutting corners and relying way too much in gen 1 circle jerking.
